Infoartix - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your engagement with Infoartix ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for the provision of digital services, creative design, AI-based solutions, marketing services, or any other offerings made available by us. By engaging with our services, the client ("you" or "client") agrees to these terms in full.
2. Scope of Work
A detailed scope of work will be defined and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project.
Any additional work, revisions, or requests outside the original scope will be billed separately.
3. Project Timeline
Timelines are project-specific and will be outlined in the project brief.
Delays caused by the client, such as late approvals, changes in requirements, or lack of communication, may result in an adjusted timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, and approvals on time.
Any delay in providing the required materials may affect the project delivery schedule.
5. Payment Terms
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the project before the final delivery.
All payments must be made via approved channels only.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, code, or assets created by Infoartix remain the property of Infoartix until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
7. Revisions
Projects include up to 2 free revisions unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be chargeable at a fixed hourly or per-task rate.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
8.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of advance payment.
Refunds requested after this period will not be eligible.
8.2 Maximum Refund Limit:
Clients are eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of the total project value, not the amount paid.
For example, if the total project value is ₹1,00,000, the maximum refundable amount is ₹50,000.
If you have paid ₹50,000 (50% of total value) as advance, that already represents the full refundable limit. Hence, no refund will be provided in such cases.
8.3 Fund Utilization Clause:
Advance payments are immediately allocated toward resources including design, operations, team time, project management, and paid tools.
If the amount has been utilized, even partially, the refund is not applicable.
8.4 Cancellation Conditions:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email within the 7-day window.
Cancellations after 7 days from payment are non-refundable.
Infoartix may terminate a project due to scope changes, misuse, or lack of communication. Refunds in such cases are discretionary.
8.5 Processing Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days excluding transaction fees.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Infoartix may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a formal NDA is signed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Infoartix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use deliverables.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
11. Amendments
Infoartix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or shared via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
